This regulation assigns responsibilities and provides guidance on patient administration in Army regional  medical commands  (RMCs)  and  military  treatment  facilities  (MTFs).

This consolidated regulation prescribes policies and mandated tasks governing the management and administration of patients. It includes Department of Defense and statutory policies regarding medical care entitlements and man-aged care practices.

This book is a "BIG" (the size of a regular piece of paper) size - Coil binding is used to allow for easy page flipping with no binding.
