The purpose of this handbook is to provide M1129A1 Stryker mortar carrier vehicle (MCV) mortarmen with operational knowledge of the tactics, techniques, and procedures associated with the MCV.  Special emphasis is placed on operational features of the Mortar Fire Ststem (MFCS).

 Though thte MCV has multimortar capability, the primary focus of this handbook is 120 mm mortar operatons.

  This book is a "mini" (7 1/4 inches high by 5 1/2 inches wide) size - A popular size to carry anywhere (briefcase, large pocket, purse) but the print is large enough for easy reading.

The covers are laminated for weather protection with black and white inside printing.
