Welcome to the aide business.  Service as an aide to a general officer is a job that can be extremely hectic, but at the same time, very rewarding.  Being an aide is a chance for you to learn as much as you can about the Army and how it operates.  You will have the opportunity to learn how the organization and systems actually function and how commanders at various levels work.  This background, knowledge, and experience will be a tremendous help to you now and in the future.

This book is a "mini" (half the size of a regular sheet of paper) - A popular size to carry anywhere (briefcase, large pocket, purse) but the print is large enough for easy reading. The binding uses a coil, allowing for easy page flipping without jamming.

The color covers are laminated for weather protection with black and white inside printing.
